Comprehensive Training Liberty Travel personally trains its own agents on our comprehensive processes and systems. Prospective agents gather at our learning center in New Jersey where experienced, enthusiastic instructors present an ever –evolving curriculum including cutting edge travel sales techniques. The Training includes three weeks of instruction on SABRE (the American Airlines Reservation System), followed by live selling, additional formal and informal classes, workshops and familiarization trips. We are committed to ensuring that our employees receive state-of-the-art training and development throughout their careers in order to prosper in our dynamic retail environment!
Competitive Compensation Our compensation program includes competitive base pay, plus extra incentive programs, compensation, and bonuses. Ultimately, this gives you the opportunity to “write your own pay check” for the greatest earning potential!
Excellent Benefits All eligible employees may elect to participate in a full benefits package including comprehensive health care, dental, life insurance and 401K savings program, with a company match. Paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and familiarization tips (sales agents only) time are also provided. Flexible Hours As retailers with a strong focus on customer service, our goal is to be easily accessible and visible while meeting the needs of our clients in the most efficient way possible. That’s why most of our stores are open for business 7 days at a week, including extended mid-week hours from 9am-9pm. As an employee, however you’ll find hours are a bit more flexible! Agents are asked to work just 1 night per week and 1 day each weekend. Both full-and part-time opportunities are available.
