Royal Caribbean International

The question that Royal Caribbean International asks its guests is “Why not?” Vacationers don’t want to be limited in what they can do or see on land, so why should things be any different at sea? With six classes of ships, Royal Caribbean is on a mission to make sure that guests can go ice skating, learn the salsa, sample sushi, or do whatever else their hearts desire both onboard and offshore.

Something for Everyone

While sailing with Royal Caribbean, you can set sail on your own voyage towards self-discovery. You can learn how to fold napkins and towel animals exactly like the ones seen in your stateroom, create your own jewelry from a colorful array of beads and stones, or brush up on your foreign language skills to help you blend in with the locals at port.

In the Library and Card room, you can read that novel you’ve been waiting to get your hands on or sit down at one of the many tables available for cards and board games. Royal Caribbean even has professional photographers onboard to snap your picture in order to make your memories last a lifetime.

Dining

If the way to your heart is through your stomach, Royal Caribbean offers countless dining options for every type of traveler. You can select My Time Dining for a more convenient, stress-free way to dine. This means you can place a reservation in the complimentary Main Dining Room between 6:30 and 9 PM to fit dinner into your busy schedule.

Some other complimentary options include Sorrento’s Pizza and Café Latte-tudes. If you’re looking to indulge, you can dine at specialty restaurants for a charge like Chops Grille, Royal Caribbean’s signature steakhouse, or Izumi for traditional Asian fare.

Entertainment

When it comes to entertainment, Royal Caribbean knows how to get the entire family involved. Royal Caribbean has teamed up with DreamWorks Animation in order to bring you 3D movies, parades, and character breakfasts featuring your favorite DreamWorks characters.

You can get gussied up to check out award-winning Broadway and West End productions like Hairspray and Chicago or enjoy one of Royal Caribbean’s very own in-house productions that might include high diving or aerial acrobatics acts. Turn up the heat at Bolero’s and cha-cha the night away or cool down with a drink at the Schooner Bar and join a piano sing-along.

Kids and teens can get in on the fun, too, with hang-outs just for them featuring arcades, water parks, tournaments, and talent shows. Royal Caribbean also offers nursery services for children ages 6 months to 36 months.

Shopping

If you want to stuff your shopping bags, Royal Caribbean has a wide selection of duty-free shops including watches from Tag Heuer, cosmetics from Chanel, Dior, and Lancome, and artwork from the BRITTO Gallery featuring pieces by pop artist Romero Britto. On some ships, you can even shop at Coach and Guess.
